Firmware upgradable via a standard PC either by dealer or end user allowing new vehicle types and software features to be added to existing units after they are sold.

Very low standby power consumption (typically less than 1mA) so unlike some other adapters will not cause any flat batteries or cold starting problems.

Basic Usage Video

The Intravee now has preliminary support for HD radio via the Alpine TUA-T500HD tuner unit.

The tuner has AiNet passthrough, so you can add it to your existing Intravee based system without needing to buy an additional switch (although it will also work in systems that contain an AiNet switch).

One notable point about the Intravee is that it is user firmware upgradeable using a standard DB9 Serial cable connected to a windows computer. This allows the Intravee to be upgraded by the end user to support future Alpine accessories and other feature enhancements

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR BMW IS A 2001 OR EARLIER EQUIPPED WITH THE DSP OPTION, YOU WILL NEED TO EITHER UPGRADE YOUR RADIO TO THE NEWER BM53/BM54 VERSION OR PURCHASE A DIGITAL TO ANALOG CONVERTER FOR THIS PRODUCT TO WORK IN YOUR CAR. Bimmernav does not sell this Digital to Analog converter, or Alpine Ai-NET products. you will need to purchase these products on your own.

Intravee will be shipped in setup mode with default UI6 mode (for cars with nav) although it can be easily changed via the radio display with a few key presses (as detailed in the installation guide above Or you can use the following tool to change with a standard computer serial cable. Intravee must be coded while plugged in the vehicle Coding Tool
